These Terms of Use govern your use of www.innerintelligencelab.com, The Inner Intelligence Lab community, and any coaching, training or other services purchased directly from Victoria Elizabeth Armstrong through this website. By using the website, joining the community or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Victoria Elizabeth Armstrong may also trade, publish or provide services under brands including Inner Mind Tools, The Inner Mind Code podcast, Awaken Your Dragon and Xpressive Publishing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to join the community or purchase coaching, training or other services through the website. By registering or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you are authorised to use the payment method where applicable, and you have reviewed the applicable price and description for the offer.

3. Website and Community Use

You agree to use this website and The Inner Intelligence Lab community only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems, introduce viruses or harmful code, copy protected content without permission, use automated tools to scrape protected materials, misrepresent your identity, interfere with another member, use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity, or use the content to create a substantially competing product without authorisation.

7. Free Community Access

Access to The Inner Intelligence Lab free community, including access granted through Awaken Your Dragon, is provided on a complimentary basis and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical. Free access does not create any entitlement to future paid programmes or specific content remaining permanently available.

8. Prices and Payments

Prices for coaching, training or other paid offers are displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page and may be stated in euros, pounds sterling, US dollars or another displayed currency. Applicable taxes will be included or identified as required. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another provider.

9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing eligible services online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. Different rules and exceptions may apply to services already started during the withdrawal period at your request, fully completed services, and other exempt purchases. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts a mandatory consumer right. 10. Refunds

Refunds will be issued where required by law, required under an offer specific agreement, approved under an expressly stated commercial guarantee, or where a service cannot be supplied. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may apply.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all website and community content, including the ALIGN framework materials, is owned by or licensed to Victoria Elizabeth Armstrong. Purchasing or accessing a service grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose. You must not copy or publish protected materials, share account access, resell content, upload content to another platform, create derivative commercial products, use the material to train an artificial intelligence system, or remove copyright or ownership notices without written permission.

12. Community Conduct

As a member of The Inner Intelligence Lab community, you must not harass or intimidate others, publish unlawful or discriminatory content, disclose other members' private information, send unsolicited promotions, copy private community content, share access credentials, or disrupt sessions or discussions. Access may be suspended or removed where conduct materially breaches these rules.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, decisions made without professional advice, loss caused by incorrect implementation of guidance, third party platform outages, loss caused by inaccurate information you supplied, or outcomes that depended on factors outside our control. Where liability can lawfully be limited, total liability relating to a purchase will normally not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
