This Privacy Policy applies when you visit this website, join The Inner Intelligence Lab community, request a resource (including the bonus chapter linked from Awaken Your Dragon), book a call, enrol in coaching or training, complete a form, or contact us through any channel including email, social media or the community platform.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, information you share when requesting a resource, booking a call or applying for coaching or training, your goals, challenges and intake or assessment responses, community profile and activity information, order and payment status, marketing preferences and consent records, and technical information such as your IP address, device type and website activity.

4. Payment Information

Payments for coaching, training or other paid offers may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider under their own privacy terms. We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete card number. We may receive confirmation of identity, product purchased, amount, payment status and transaction references.

5. How Information Is Collected

Information may be collected directly when you submit a form, request the Awaken Your Dragon bonus chapter, join the free community, book a call, purchase coaching or training, or send us a message. It may also be collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools, subject to your cookie choices, or received from a third party where you engage with us through the community platform or a social media channel.

8. Book Readers and Free Resources

If you have accessed The Inner Intelligence Lab community through a QR code or link in Awaken Your Dragon, the information you provide when joining is used to grant you access to the community and bonus content, and to keep you informed about related resources. Requesting a free resource does not automatically enrol you in unrelated marketing. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by visiting our Contact Us page.

9. Coaching, Training and Assessments

Information shared during coaching sessions, training programmes or intake assessments is used to prepare guidance, track agreed actions and maintain appropriate records. Information provided by one participant will not normally be shared with another except where you have given permission, it is required for a group session, it has been anonymised, or disclosure is legally required.

AI and automation tools may be used to support administration, content development, community management and service delivery. Reasonable steps will be taken to minimise or anonymise information before processing. No solely automated decision with a significant effect will ordinarily be made about you without appropriate safeguards.

11. Service Providers

Trusted providers currently or potentially used include GoHighLevel, ClientClub, Stripe, Zoom, Google, Google Analytics, YouTube and Meta technologies. These providers may act as processors under our instructions or as independent controllers under their own privacy terms.

12. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process information outside Spain or the European Economic Area. Where required, recognised safeguards such as European Commission adequacy decisions or approved standard contractual clauses will be used.

13. Cookies and Analytics

17. Adults Only

This website, the community and its coaching and training services are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly enter into commercial arrangements with children through this website.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the website, community, services, technology, service providers or legal requirements. The revised version will display an updated effective date.
