From Selling at 12 to Building The Inner Intelligence Lab
Victoria started selling at the age of 12. Not a lemonade stand — real selling, the kind where you learn to read people, notice what they actually need, and find a way to deliver it. That instinct for people, and for what's underneath what they say, never left her.
Over the following two decades she built a career across business, digital strategy, education and coaching, working with entrepreneurs, teams and creatives to help them think and build more clearly. Alongside it, she spent seven years on stage as a stand-up comedian, character performer and MC — sharing bills with respected names and learning, night after night, how to read a room, hold space and help people feel something real. That skill shows up in every session she facilitates today.
That rebuilding wasn't a retreat — it was a recalibration. Victoria relocated to Spain and turned toward the inner work in earnest: writing Awaken Your Dragon, training in Reiki, Laughter Yoga and Practical Meditation, and deepening a facilitation practice that had already taken her to some remarkable places — including a four-day emotional release retreat in the Sahara Desert in 2017, working with a group willing to go all the way in.
Out of that work came the ALIGN framework — Awaken, Lead, Ignite, Generate, Navigate — the same method that runs through everything at The Inner Intelligence Lab, and the foundation for her coaching, her training programme, and The Inner Mind Code podcast, which she co-hosts with Stuart Cheung.
The Inner Intelligence Lab exists because Victoria kept meeting coaches, healers and practitioners who could hold space for everyone except themselves — people pouring their intelligence into others while quietly running on empty. This is a space built specifically for them: to awaken what's already there, lead from it, and build a practice and a life that doesn't cost them their own wellbeing to sustain.
